Kadabra is a Psychic(OCCULT!)-type Pokémon who live in urban areas near humans. This makes sense, because according to Pokémon Emerald and Fire Red's Pokédex entries, a boy who was involved with the OCCULT woke up to find out that he had become one of these sinister demons! From that moment on, these crafty Pokémon have dedicated themselves to making clocks run backwards and giving people headaches with their demonic powers.
But more disturbing is the striking resemblance he has to the evil FREEMASON “god” the the KNIGHTS TEMPLAR worshipped: BAPHOMET. In addition the already having an occult name, his head fits into an upside-down star. He has goatlike features. He has an upright star in the middle of his forehead and three squiggles on his stomach! Furthermore, he has two fingers and a thumb on each hand. Sound familiar? BAPHOMET is always seen with his index and middle fingers together, and his ring and pinky fingers together as well. Kadabra’s hands resemble what BAPHOMET’S would look like if his fingers were fused that way.

you do good analysis, give you props for that, but i feel like that is all there is to it, it's interesting for me to read, like a scary story but other than that don't expect me not to continue loving Pokemon because you think it's seemingly "evil" :D

People are naturally skeptical to new ideas, and we associate EVERYTHING with symbols....so if you saw a certain symbol your whole life and then found it's true meaning later in life you would be more open to that particular idea as the symbol it stands for is already familiar to you.

Even if a pokemon was bad (most ghost types that are targeted, for example,) why aren't you looking at the story of the game? He was upset that they named the pokemon after him because they weren't exactly pacifists so they named them after the words that the magician used, "abra, kadabra, and alakazam". You can look it up. There's a whole court case about it.

along time ago i was very hooked on these demons and much like these other people i did not believe that they were evil. now i have grown up in a very good church for the past 24 years and as to my belief at the time i didnt think that they were evil.. as for being hooked .. when they first came out i was instantly hooked i had the games and the toys and watched the cartoons every morning .. it wasnt until 7 months later that i found out the hard way of HOW EVIL THESE LIL DEMONS WERE. Me and my brother matthew who was also hooked would get up every morning at 6 to watch these cartoons with no alarm n no 1 to wake us up. now My mother who really didnt know what pokemon was didnt understand it much until 1 night when we had are routine of watching the news and then going to bed like we always have done about 230 in the morning i woke up to the sound of the tv going on and off and mind you when we went too bed we always shut off the tv and pressed the little light switch thats on the power strip for the tv was off and the outlet the power strip was on was connected to the light switch on the wall and all of those things were shut off.. but my mother was attack that night by the little evil gengar the ghost purple pokemon and by all the other 149 lil evil monsters that night.. my mother told me the next morning about what had happened to her that night about the same time i woke up n heard the tv going on and off n i thought it was 1 of my lil brothers playing around but it wasnt . my mother went on too tell me that ALL 150 DEMONS WHERE IN THE ROOM WITH HER N THAT GENGAR WALKED TOWARDS HER N LIFTED HIS HAND N SHOWED HER HIS PALM N IN HIS HAND WAS ME AND MY BROTHER WATCHING POKEMON AND THEN SPOKE TO HER SAYING I HAVE YOUR CHILDREN AND SHE SAID AT THAT MOMENT SHE REBUKED THE EVIL DEMONS IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST THAT THEY SCREAMED AND FLEW THRU THE WALLS... as i heard the story about this i got up and threw EVERYTHING I ONCED OWNED OF THESES DEMONS AND THE CHAIN WAS BROKE no longer did i gedt up at 6 in the morning nor did my lil brother at the time...it wasnt about a year later that i researched them on my own and found out more things about these demons and as some stupid people dont look up these types of stuff and are too stupid to understand that these demons are named after demons in hell!!!!! and if you really REALLY LOOKED INTO IT alot of there names have differnt meaning in different language as well so alot of you dumb people who dont wanna understand then dont read it and dont comment !!! and if u think im on drugs iam not and iam not a crack case n i dont drink!!! i have alot of paranormal things happen to me in my life time and if u think you out think me and my research then try me ...

Hi. I googled "is Pokemon demonic" and came across your page. My son has somehow attained a collection of cards and is asking for more for Christmas. I am totally against them. But I am a divorced mom and he lives in 2 homes. So controlling what he has at his dad's house is hard. His dad ask me the same question. "Why do you think it's demonic". My answer is quite interesting. Around 2002 I attended a Bible College in Wisconsin. It was located within a Christian camp and a very small college. There was this family who was very involved with the camp and ministry and they many years ago had uprooted their lives and moved to Venezuela to become missionaries. There is a tribe they discovered there in the rainforest. They are called the Yanamamo Indians (spelling?). This tribe had no written language and this family I know took to this tribe and helped write their language and minister to them. There was heavy witchcraft going on with the tribe and evil sacrifices. Long story short, many of the tribe converted to Christianity through the persistence of this family's faith in God. They wrote a book about it called, "spirit of the rainforest". Even the witch doctor had turned from his ways and gave his life to Christ. Well one day in class we were able to meet this witch doctor. The missionary brought him to the U.S. For the first time and he spoke through a translator to our class. I'll never forget one thing he spoke of. He landed in Chicago and while he was there he came across Pokemon and told the missionary that he knew those spirits. The missionary told him he had never seen those before and the witch doctor reiterated that he knows those spirits well and has seen them before. He spoke of the evil they were. It's quite mind blowing that something we find so simple and childish can be known in the spirit world as a tool of satan. I fully believe what I heard that day and of all the things he spoke of, why Pokemon? I completely agree that our fight is not against flesh and blood and I myself have seen with my own eyes the spirit world that is around us. It can be a scary thing. It's so important to fill our heart and minds of our children with things of the Lord and to protect them against such things. I don't think you are paranoid or crazy at all. I think your very in tune with the Holy Spirit and all people should be more in tune with Him. Thought you would like to hear my thoughts on it. Even in the middle of a rainforest with no tv and no games, these "pocket monsters" are well known.
